What are the responsibilities of providers?
Providers are responsible for a range of duties and services. Below is a summary categorized by service line and code:
- In-Home Respite (862 and 465): Duties include general safety supervision, assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, helping with homework, recreational activities, and fulfilling additional needs as outlined in the care plan.
- Personal Assistance (062): Duties include general safety supervision, aiding with daily living tasks, medication reminders, participating in recreational and community activities, attending college, running errands, using public transportation, and other responsibilities as listed in the care plan.
- Homemaker (860): Duties include safety supervision, support with daily living activities, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and other tasks mentioned in the care plan.
- Social Recreation (028 and 058): Duties include safety supervision, assistance with daily living tasks, communication help, and supporting activities related to community integration and specific goals outlined in the care plan.

How do I register for ADP?
Once you receive your welcome packet, you’ll find a welcome email from ADP with our company number and login details. Visit the ADP website to log in, and feel free to refer to our ADP how-to guide for assistance.
What documents can I submit with my I9/application?

- Passport or Current Resident Card
- Employment Authorization Document Card
- Foreign passport with Form I-94 or I-94A (Arrival-Departure Record) including an endorsement to work

How do I update my address or exemptions?
To change your address or add exemptions, simply log into your self-service portal on ADP. You can make updates there. Alternatively, if you prefer a form, call 626-684-2647 to request one.
How do I check my sick hours?
Your sick hours can be viewed in the ADP self-service portal. Additionally, your pay stub will show the number of sick hours you have available.
What should I do if I haven’t received a paycheck?
If you are missing a paycheck, first check your self-service portal on ADP. If it is not there, please call us at 626-684-2647.
If a check was issued but lost in the mail, we will initiate a stop payment and send a new check. This process can take 5-7 business days, with potential delays for bank holidays or other issues. We recommend setting up direct deposit to better track your paychecks.

Log in to your EVV account to submit your timesheet and see the schedule. This platform will also show when your timesheet is approved and processed. To view your paychecks, log in to ADP and access them in your self-service portal.
